Refund Policy

1. Return Period

You may return your Hardero order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. This right applies to all orders placed through flexiblegrvitale.shop regardless of your location.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• In its original, unopened packaging (tamper seal intact)
• Free from damage caused by the customer
• Returned with the original order reference number

Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for return unless the product was received damaged or faulty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@flexiblegrvitale.shop within 14 calendar days of receipt. Include your full name, order reference number, and reason for return (optional). We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return address.

4. Refund Processing

Oncefrom the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened supplement bottles (unless faulty or damaged on arrival)
• Returns initiated after the 14-calendar-day window
• Delivery charges (where applicable)

6. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@flexiblegrvitale.shop within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor failure, we may repair or replace it at our discretion.
